Small Cars at the Auto Expo Make It Big

Here we are talking about Auto Expo held in India's national capital Delhi. Where small cars are ruling the roost and casting overwhelming influence on the exhibitors. Six new small cars made their debut at Auto Expo 2010. Car makers have found out that Indian people are besotted with and passionate about small cars which are befitting to their budgets as well, so low-cost cars are gaining ground in the Indian market.

If we look at the core of world's third largest auto exhibition, compact concept cars have spearheaded revolutions in the automobile industry and redefined the auto genre.
All attentions are heading Towards small cars, dwelling at every pavilion. It is difficult to start with, but my eyes got hooked on the brand new hatchback model Polo launched by European largest car maker Volkswagen for the Indian consumers. The sizzling beauty is so splendid that all other cars pale into insignificance. Volkswagen Polo car will be available probably by the first week of March. The final price of the car will be revealed at the time of the launch.


It is a bolt from the blue when Honda showcased small concept car which is compact and sweet. Honda is excited about the car that is expected to be rocking in the Indian market. Honda Siel Cars India Ltd announced plans to start the sales of a new model in 2011 based on this compact concept. Exterior and interior designs been created on a wide platform, allowing five people to sit, strengthening its presence in the competitive market.



The most sought after small car that is none other than Toyota "Etios" is the show stopper for the Toyota pavilion at Auto Expo. Etios sports dazzling look, contributing significantly to Toyota 's fame and image. It is expected to cost about Rs.5Lac and exclusively lined up for India.

Apart from these above mentioned small cars, there are many more such cars that are ringing the bell loudly at the auto expo this year. Definitely, good things come in small packages and small is BIG this year.
