REVIEW : I got my Ford Endeavour Thunder Plus after toiling a lot over so many SUV's. I being a son of a bussines man had opportunity to have driven many SUV's in Europe all over and in AUS too. After my comeback to India there wasn't a single Motor company who had looked at this segment. Only conventional Jeep kind of vehicles were available and I personally doubt very much if any dedicated research is been put in to ensure passenger safety. I evaluated very critically New Tata Safari( 2.2),Honda CRV ( new,2008), Mitsubishi Pajero. All these three vehicles as they kind of fit into each other price range wise and also specifications wise. I was also observing How Ford Company behaves in terms of offering more models to Indian Market. Ford Endeavour, then new Endeavour 2.5 and now 3 litre Thunder plus. I drove my first 125 kms in Thunder Plus and take my word for it ...its a power train, an absolute beast on & off road, tremendous drive ability, very stable on turnings .Its the coming as Hummer to India. I highly recommend it to all enthusiasts and go for 4 wheel drive. You may use it sparingly but, its good to know you have 4 wheel drive in store with you. I love u my fodiiiiiiiiiii

REVIEW : Well i think it comes at the start of the range of true SUVs available in India, and of course does have the value for money and really not much of choices at that price presently....overall its good [wish Ford could put the extra/required few more HPs without raising the price at all...17/05/07] If you have more bucks, just ride higher...pajeros, landcruisers, lexus RS3.., BMW X5 etc :) Please dont talk of Safari's, Scorpios...they look like but are not real SUVs...the definition is getting wider though nowadays and more categories...[Urban,Crossover....]

REVIEW : The Endeavor is a best family car and caters to most of a mid size family requirement. It also looks good and seems like a very reliable machine. However, I just have two suggestions to make 1) to have some more colour choice 2) to reduce the price and get it in par with the Tata Safari Dicor & Mahindra Scropio.
With this change I am sure the Endeavor will be the best selling SUV in the Indian auto market.
All the best, Ford India Ltd.
