REVIEW : Whoa!! I have wanted to own a Mondeo from the day I laid my eyes on the first one. I have been a proud Mondeo Petrol owner for the last 1 month. The best decision I ever made - superb handling, macho looks and an engine that can outrun anything in it's class. My plea too all other fellow owners - do not give this car to a driver for God's sake, it's an insult to such a sporty beast..

REVIEW : I have been owning a Mondeo (petrol) since 3 years now. I have done 85,000 kms till now. First yes, all the pervious mentioned problems & good things are correct about the car. Basically this car is a driver's car. Don't buy this car if you are going to be chauffer driven. The car is just mind blowing perfomance machine! If you are feeling depressed just drive this car. You will feel on the top on the world. The tyres that work best with this car is the Michelin 205/55R16 Energy MX8. Also if you want better road grip then a Michelin Pilot Preceda 225/50R16 should be fitted. But the ride will be harsher with this tyre & the life is only 35,000 - 40,000 kms compared to 60,000 kms for the regular tyres. Also by using a fully synthetic engine oil (Mobil Syn 1), engine oil changes can be done at intervals of 20,000 kms.

REVIEW : This is pretty much the sweetest handling car you can but, with an intoxicating engine to boot. The best driver's car around, but good backseat when you need it.

REVIEW : i had purchased a Ford Mondeo Petrol on March 2002 from M/S Harpreet Ford New Delhi . Registered as DL 2C M 5207 . It is overall a great car to own and drive . However , i have been facing recurring problems with the tyres . Having had to replace the Goodyear Radials thrice post punctures ... the tyres were a complete write off . Today , i would hesitate to take the car out of town .
The CD changer also started giving problems ...i had an extremely poor response from the dealer, so had to replace it ultimately with one of a different make . I would like to know if there is an alternate tyre configuration that i cud us
Ford could also do with an improved customer service network that is more responsive.
Based on my experience , I would advise New buyers to think twice before going for this model especially since it does not have any resale market .

REVIEW : I OWN A MONDEO 4 THE PAST 4 MONTHS.ITS JUS AN AWESOME CAR.THE FEEL OF A BIG CAR IS ALWAYS THERE.THE INTERORS GREAT.THE XENON LAMPS R JUST WHAT U WANT IN THE NIGHTS.THEY ARE JUST MAGICAL.JUST WONT FEEL THAT U DRIVE A CAR DRIVEN BY THAT STICKY FUEL(DIESEL).U CAN FEEL THE CAR PULLING FAST AND SURGING AHAED IN NO TIME ONCE THE TURBO CLICKS ON.U GOTTA BE BEHIND THE WHEELS TO FEEL THAT.200 KM/H IS EASILY ACHEIVABLE.14 KM/L ON HIGHWAYS IS VERY PRACTICAL.SO WHY HAV A SECOND THOUGHT JUS GO FOR IT.
