The German car maker; Volkswagen is all set to introduce the all new 2011
Touareg in India and the official promotion of this second generation
Touareg is in full swing. It is the face lift of the same model which is on
road since 2002. The new model resembles Golf which seems to be more
appealing. The Touareg SUV is now with lower stance making it a highway
scorcher. The exact price of the Volkswagen 2011 New Touareg has not been
announced but it is expected to fall between 64 to 70 lacs.
The Volkswagen 2011 New Touareg will be
lighter by 208 kilos from the older model. The new lighter model is expected
to be faster and 20% more fuel efficient. The front bumper is been toned
down and a softer headlamps making the overall look subtle. The wider bumper
giving a lower stance look is the main change in the exterior styling. The
taillight of the new Touareg SUV resembles with the one in Golf. The
interior of new Touareg is designed with latest technology. It is equipped
with new camera system enabling the driver to monitor the car when parking.
