Volkswagen in India has been launched. The automaker has entered the
high-end luxury segment in India after launching this luxury sedan in India
at the 2010 Auto Expo held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The flagship model of Volkswagen has a 3.6 litre V6 FSI
petrol engine. Volkswagen Phaeton's engine generates 280HP @ 6250rpm of
power and 370Nm @ 3500rpm of torque. This car is paired with a 6-speed
Tiptronic gearbox.

Dresden, the car lovers and enthusiasts can watch the car building process
at the 'Glass Factory'. The automaker also allows some customers to be a
part of the car building process. Volkswagen India says that it will soon
