the headlines in the International car market when it was launched in the
2008 Geneva Auto show. All set to roll on Indian roads, Volkswagen Scirocco
is a dual door hatchback with a brawny design and superior performance. The
Volkswagen Scirocco draws inspiration from the Volkswagen Golf design.
The Volkswagen Scirocco comes with a
power steering coupled with front and rear disk brake system and 5 manual
gears. The car is expected to have a mileage of approximately 15-20 Km/litre
and might cost between Rs.11-14 lacs. The car has a low and sporty design
which could compromise on the leg room and head space to some extent.
Its interior is stylish and has quality leather seats that ensure excellent
support and comfort for the passengers. This

engine.

by a 1984cc, petrol engine with maximum power delivery of 240bhp and a
torque of 215Nm. It is equipped with a tilt steering and a driver's seat
and will also be electrically adjustable. It further has a front
ventilated and rear disk brake system. The transmission will be manual
with 5 gears.

Scirocco V6 SpecificationsIn contrast to the Sirocco 2.0T, the
Scirocco V6 is designed with manually adjustable driver's seat and power
steering. V6 can deliver maximum power of 280bhp and 265Nm torque. It is
loaded with 5 speed manual gear transmission. Both the front and rear
use a disk braking mechanism.
