Ashok Leyland has been designed in accordance to the ICAO
recommendations and is used for the purpose of fire control in
airfields. This vehicle has been indigenously developed for this purpose
and is a true compliment to the modern technological advancements.
F 23 6x6 crash fire tender operates on CIL NTA 855c(BC) engine with a
maximum power of 380 BHP @ 2100 RPM. The vehicle is equipped with a ZF
8046 integral power steering and has full air operated dual line brakes.
F 23 6x6 crash fire tender is featured with a water tank capacity of
6500 liters and a foam tank capacity of 800 liters. |
