Its three manufacturing plants are located at Ahmednagar (for scooterettes and mopeds), Pitampur (Indore, for scooters) and Goregaon (Pune, for motorcycles and step-thrus)) with the capacity to manufacture 4 lakh vehicles per year. Along with this, KEL export these vehicles to various countries like USA, Canada, Sweden, Latin America, Denmark and the Middle East.

Kinetic Honda Motor Ltd. is the joint venture of Kinetic Engineering and internationally known Honda Motor Company of Japan. Most famous bike among two wheeler motorists in the country is Kinetic Honda – 100cc bike. Strong service network set up in India is the backbone of KEL.

Always been conscious of quality and customer oriented production, the company has been a trendsetter in the Indian two-wheeler industry. The company sales recorded in June'08 is around 23.66 crore. By the end of this year KEL will invest up to Rs 30 crore in Mahindra Two Wheelers Pvt Ltd to buy 2.95 crore equity shares of the latter.
