With increased scope of work, company's business is divided into four divisions viz. automotive, tractor, inter trade and MSL. These divisions handle steel, trading and manufacturing of ash handling plants and traveling water screens.

Rapidly expanding itself, now the company has seven state-of-the-art factories and 33 sales offices supported by a network of more than 500 dealers throughout the country. The company area exceeds over 5,00,000 square meters and over 17,000 technical and non - technical personnels are employed there.

Having an immense experience of 52 years, the company is equipped with highly skilled experienced personnels, strong technological base and manufacturing and engineering developments. The onset of 1994 saw the company branch itself in the field of business process re - engineering at its manufacturing locations.

Two product development centers of the company are situated at Kandivili and Nasik. Now, may be these centers are shifting to new and more spacious site with more facilities, in a favorable environment. The company is offering services in the Indian sub-continent as well as international markets in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the US, Latin America, China and Malaysia.
