REVIEW : I own a Bajaj Wave DTSi for the last 4 Years and I am very
satisfied with the performance so far. I have done 40,000 Kms so far. All
you need to do with this scooter is regular ,maintenance at an authorized
dealer. I agree that there is an issue with getting spares, but I usually
book them and get it within a few days at the main delaer in Mumbai. For the
past one month, I have started facing a problem with the initial pickup,
where the bike knocks and the knocking goes away as soon as it's in motion.
I think its time to replace my clutch shoes as it has been more than 40K
Kms. Once the problem is resolved,I'll definitely post it here.

REVIEW : Please remove this from listing as this is most failure
vehicle,. Authorized dealers themselves deny servicing due to lack of spares
and no more in production as per dealers. I am the first victim of the
scooter bought for Rs.42k and could not be sold for even Rs. 7k

REVIEW : This Baja Wave DTSI completely suck. I had purchased it 4
years ago and it run smoothly then but the milage was still a problem. It
give me problems after 6 months of its use. Every month I had to repair it
and the worse part was that none of the spair parts are available in Punjab.
It took me 1 and a half month to get the spair part of this piece of junk
scooter for my rear wheel. I tried sold this scooter out but no authorized
dealer and even the unauthorized dealer is accepting it bcauz they say that
"parts aren`t availbale for this scooter so we cant take this one."
Bajaj Auto Limited should do something about it.

REVIEW : My wife rides one. She has a broken front mudguard. i have
tried every dealer in kerala, i could not get one. Bajaj should commit to
give parts to the cutomers. I won't recommend a bajaj scooter to anyone in
future.

REVIEW : We have a Bajaj wave sooter which is three years old. I
just don't know what is the problem with that scooter. Whenever we bring
that scooter from servicing it's problem is too much like
pickup, mileage, brakink, irritating sounds from the vehicle body. After buying
this scooter i can say that i wasted my money on this problematic scooter

REVIEW : I have a Bajaj Wave for 4 months, and i love it :) I surely
recommend this ! - Comfortable height ( My height is 5ft, so this was very
much important for me.)
- Lighter than Activa
- Powerful than Scooty pep, feels more sturdy (my feeling after test riding
both)
- Comfortable seats
- Large luggage compartment, I can keep my helmet (so i don't have to carry
that ugly thing around :)) and my purse fits in it quite easily, without
pushing hard to lock it :)
- Enough space between handle and the seat, i can very well take my kid for
a ride.
- Looks good , everyone will agree on this one, it looks really cool..
- Price is 37,000 Rs on road. My two options were scooty pep and Wave, and
comparing power and price, this was surely the better option.
- Customer service: We visited the Bajaj showroom in Pune ( Sai service,
near Balgandharva ) on a Diwali day. At 7 pm, it was still open. The cust
care representatives were very responsive, we got about 2 km test ride. And
in Scooty pep showroom, we waited long to talk to the customer service
representative, we did not get to see even a single pep, forget a test ride!
And we were told that after booking we would get the vehicle after 3 weeks.
So, of course, we chose, ''WAVE''. When we went to the bajaj show room with
required documents, the deal was done in half an hour, we casually asked,
got a helmet free... After an hour or so, we headed back home with our Wave!
Average is @45km per litre , good enough for me! :)
