REVIEW : Planet Honda showroom is providing a worst service.
i had booked an Activa on 6-08-2009 but till now no one is telling me
when will i get my vehicle. at the 1st day they promised and spoke
nicely that u will get intimation to pay the whole amount in 15 days and
within 50 days vehicle delivery will be done.. When i called them after
48 days the receptionist says "what" when she picks the call
instead of telling "hello how can i help u" is this the way of
training provided there??? I dont think so they have any idea on
customer service. i am repenting as to why did i book a vehicle there.

REVIEW : I bought Honda Activa 110 cc three months back. Riding
is smooth, more underseat space and few of the features are good. But
mileage is just around 40kms/liter, inspite of best driving practice,
though I always refuel in Shell outlets and unleaded only. I had a 1987
model Bajaj Super 150cc Scooter. Though I drove it recklessly and paid
little attention for the maintenance the mileage was always 35to 38.
Maintenance and cost of spares was very low. In comparison Honda activa
should have been miles ahead. Not a great bike but, okay.

REVIEW : HAIKU HONDA, Bangalore- Worst service i have ever seen.
I thought of buying a Honda activa to my husband. We stay at Ulsoor, so
we approached Haiku Honda on domlur road which is nearer to us. We were
trying to buy via vehicle loan thru HDFC. On the first day of visit
itself, i gave all id, address proofs, bank statement and cheques for
first payment, emis etc and whatever is required. There was no proper
response. We personally went every saturday to check the status.they
have a tie up with HDFC also. after 48 days, they called and told us
there is a signature mismatch in the loan agreement, so he has to sign
it again while the cheque payment made to haiku honda which contained
the same signature has been debited from our account already long back.
When i asked them, they did not reply me with a proper reason also.
Finally we thought we will withdraw buying from them and i asked for a
refund. immediately without any objection or any attempt to convince me
, they issued a cheque. HAIKU HONDA-THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE; They
do not bother to loose customers because of service lapse

REVIEW : i am using activa since last 4 years. It is one of the
best two wheelers. it gives avg. around 50 kmpl. Those who are
unsatisfied with its performance would have used it recklessly. Follow
the instructions and tips provided by HONDA:
- Every morning use kick start
- drive @ speed of 30-35 during first 1000 kms.
- always drive it @ a speed of 45- 50.
- get it serviced by the honda dealer only regulary.
- dont increase acceleration all at once, increase it gradually.
- maintain speed in such a way that the use of brakes get reduced.
- decrease the use of brakes if possible.

REVIEW : I m user of honda activa scooter, but i m not satisfied
by your dealer's service in alwar-rajasthan. Last two months i got
bitter experiences with honda activa and mostly with ur dealer ishan
automobiles. At present i have left my scooter for repairing since 30th
of oct-08, but still they didn't return my scooter and want to chArge
money under warranty period. Now i want my scooter in good running
condition within warranty period and now i m not ready to pay any more.
If ishan automobiles do not deliver my scooter in good running condition
within 24 hrs i have to to consumer forum. Now i cant wait more and cant
pay more even a single rupee under warranty period. You are being
informed about customer dissatisfaction and unnecessary delay to repair
under warranty period. Pls take any fruitful action..

REVIEW : After looking at some of the reviews (like they are
able to get a mileage of 50) i do not understand why people r lying..I
am personally using activa and mileage is only 30-38. And the service is
so bad that one cannot imagine. Dont expect any help from managers. When
i had a petrol leakage problem with my vehicle the workers were very
rude and when i went to manager to complain, his workers proved to be
better than him. But i got the number of Honda head office and also put
a mail on thier website then i got calls from head office and also the
manager himself called me, that is how i was able to teach him a lesson.
But i do not understand why people are back of activa. They r so crazy
to get it (one of the reason might be because it does not look girlish
and males/females can use it) and also one thing i must say is the
servicing. there is a lot of competition to get servicing done at the
showrooms. So finally what i say is Activa is bad because 1.less
mileage(30-38) 2.lot of repairs 3.no proper response 4.service is
bad(cannot trust them because sometimes they simply return with a water
wash without any change) 5.very heavy 6.vehicles stops
unexpectedly(faced a severe problem especially when ia m in the traffic)

honda , coz dere is no respect or v can say customer delight for
customer. a dealer is never ever ready to listen up to the customers
complaint. m owing 4 activa but d service is just horrible in my city. I
m jus fed up of this service of my activa.in short i can say dere r
problems which r not goin to b solved if u don run aftr dem.
i own an activa for 3 yrs. the mileage is superb. space for helmet is
great. its a very sturdy machine. The shockers are weak , so be ready
for a bumpy ride on delhi roads. Do check out your seating comfort on it
, if you intend to use it for long drives.

Honda Activa. On visiting the Planet Honda showroom in Rajajinagar,
Bangalore I found a huge crowd and the sales girl informed there is a
waiting period of 7-10days. The cost is also jacked upto around Rs
47,000/- on road. Is this price justified? Is the Dealer taking everyone

REVIEW : A costly vehicle with lot many defects..No proper
custemor service available. Missleading suggestions from service station
people.My vehicle was purchased in 2001 from sudershan motors, Nagpur.
Since the time of purchase the vehicle has vibration problem which
caused servical spondeolisis.That was constantly reported to the service
station.After the warrenty period it was told that the fork needs to be
replaced, which was costing Rs. 1300/- and rim was to be replaced which
costed Rs. 360/- or like wise. some other things were also replaced.
After spending so much amount the problem of vibration is still there
and one week back.The service station people were telling to replace
front wheel bearing and both front and back shockers. The estimated cost
for that was Rs. 2500/- + labour charges. Calculating the total amount.I
think instead of buying Honda Activa I should have gone for a maruti 800
which needs less maintainance costs and mental frustation.
I would suggest people if you want to be healthy mentally and
physically do not buy Honda Activa.

REVIEW : I purchased new honda activa scooter on 10.12.2004 and
I am not satisfied with the performance as well as behaviour of your
Mohali (Punjab} service station.They could not rectify my problem of
jerks in rear wheel while running. Suddenly on 18.11.2005 while driving
the scooter its silencer pipe broke and my scooter was just to fell down
but I managed to control.I went to your Mohali service station and my
job card no-10820 was issued and advised to get scooter repaired back in
the evening as they were to arrange the cylencer and I am waiting till
now. Today when I contacted service station to get my scooter they told
we have not in stock the part to be replaced,I asked upto how many days
I will have to wait and do without scooter they replied you can
whatsoever you want to do, we cannot do anything untill we receive the
same and disconnected the call. I would like to know from you when I can
get my scooter repaired because your dealers are not service and
customer oriented the feel our scooter sale is good but sale is only due
to customers and if customer is not satisfied ultimate loss is of co.

- Suspension is poor on bad roads
