REVIEW : I own Bajaj Wind 125 since 2004 March. I was getting mileage of 45 Kmph at a speed of 50 kmph but now my bike is giving mileage of 15 kmph and Bajaj service centers are hopeless in giving service to this bike. They are advising to sell it because they cannot find out the problem. Pick up is still good but when i put it in first gear and take a move it starts missing. I have to drive it at a speed of 50 kmph or more then only its running smoothly which is not possible in traffic. I have changed the carburator, new block with piston, Euro 2 is also new, boring of the head is also done but he problem is still persisting. Bajaj is not able to give after sales service.

REVIEW : Frankly speaking for me bajaj company seems to be the real
thug. I bought my kawasaki bajaj wind125 bike in mid 2004. From the day i
owned the bike i was dissatisfied very poor mileage (35-40km) , no spare
parts available , once my bike was in a garrage for 4 months just for 1
small part. I dont kn why bajaj pulled it out of the market , resale value
of the bike is just Rs. 10000 at present. I curse bajaj auto company and
take a pledge that i wont buy any bajaj two wheeler next time .

REVIEW : Baja Service stations sucks. I own a Kawasaki Wind 125 and
had given the bike for monthly service and to change the clutch-plate set.
Even the clutch plate set was not available with them. They kept my bike for
more than 5 days and I took it back only with a simple wash done. Suckers.

REVIEW : I am having this bike since Nov.2004 and since it proved a
true companion. I already rode this bike more than 68000 km still their is
not much problem. It just required regular service and monthly oil change
thats it. I ride this bike nearly 70-80 km per day and some times for longer
trip. it has quite good average 0f 50-55 kpl and easily reach the speed of
105 km/h. Over all good bike and satisfied with its performance.

REVIEW : I own a Kawasaki Wind 125. I has been a wonderful
experience to ride it. But alas! The spare parts for the same are not
available in Bhubaneswar market. I shall be immensely helped if I could be
informed about the source/s of spare parts, so that I could buy them.
Without the availability of spare parts I shall be constrained to sell
out my bike in throwaway price. Is not it going to say that the seller of my
bike (Bajaj) fails to provide after-sale service with regard to spare
parts?

REVIEW : You are launching new scooters in every 2 years.
eg.,Saffire,Chetak, but now there are no service engineers, spare parts are
also not available. I purchased saffire in Nov.2001. I am facing lot of
problems with unavailability of spare parts. You r not maintaining the
supply of spares in ur service centres. Now the same thing is going to face
by Wave/Kristal Customers.Dont launch while u are not capable of maintaining
the existing model.I think this is also the one of the worst model that u r
shortly winding up like saffire.FROM: One of the troubled customer facing
the problems and realising that I would have never purchased your bike in my

REVIEW : I got my wind 125 for about two years now. Man it's cool.
Ever since I got my first ride the bike ain't let me down. The engine
performance is superb. I only have a little repairs on accessories, replaced
the speedo and clutch cable though. Until now I can appreciate it's running
performance so good. I have made some improvements to go with the passions,
but I am not planning to replace such a bike with the other. Though I have
some minor accidents with it, my wind 125 pays the cost i've spent for it.
Just so sad the my model it out now and the new smaller types came.

attached it to a sidecar and used it in the farm. What a great bike, too
good to abuse, and when i am riding it on solo, its just like a wind you can
easily reach the speed of 100km/hr. The great thing is its fuel effeciency.

REVIEW : BAJAJ HAS GIVEN ALL WIND125 BUYERS A RAW DEAL. IT WAS
PUBLICISED AS THE 'WORLD BIKE' AND WAS A WINNING PROPOSITION FOR BUYERS IN
THE 100-125 SEGMENT AND LIKE ME MOST BOUGHT IT FOR OVER 50K. AND WITHIN A
JIFFY BAJAJ INTRODUCED DISCOVER KILLING THE WIND 125. THIS HAS PUT PEOPLE
LIKE ME AT A LOSS BECAUSE RESALE PRICE SLUMPED OWING TO DISCONTIUNANCE OF
THE MODEL BY BAJAJ. I READ IN THE PAPERS THAT THE BIKE CONTINUES TO BE SOLD
IN THE OVERSEAS MARKET? DONT KNOW IF ITS TRUE EVEN TODAY. BUT MY PERSONAL
EXPERIENCE WITH THE BIKE IS THAT ITS GOOD. HAVE HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS SINCE
2 YEARS AND MY RUN IS ALMOST 70kms DAILY. I HAVE DONE ABOUT 25000 KMS SO
FAR. SK AUTO AT TURBHE IS BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE STATION IN NAVI MUMBAI.
THOUGH I STAY IN MUMBAI I PREFER TO HAVE MY BIKE SERVICED FOR MAJOR ISSUES
AT THIS PLACE. OTHERWISE I RELY ON MY LOCAL MECHANIC WHO DOES THE NORMAL
SERVICE WELL. I USE THE PREMIUM PETROL AT A SMALL COST, BUT IT HAS GIVEN ME
A TROUBLE FREE RIDE SO FAR AND I CAN TOUCH 90KMS EFFORTLESSLY. MY MAJOR
EXPENSE SO FAR IS REPLACING THE CLUTCH PLATE (ABOUT 2K) AND CALLIPER FOR THE
DISK BRAKE (ALSO ABOUT 2K). THOUGH THE HEADLIGHTS ARE GOOD, I STILL FEEL
THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR NIGHT HIGHWAY DRIVING.
I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE TO A 150CC BIKE, BUT THE LOW RESALE VALUE MAKES IT
UNVIABLE FOR A GOOD EXIT FROM THIS BIKE. I HOLD BAJAJ SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR
MY PREDICAMENT.

has tried all other bikes from bajaj but not the wind. First day i felt i
was sitting on a horse..its a bit high at first..and the handlebars a bit
flat..but once i started riding..its an amazing bike.
Great pickup, smooth like the wind, wonderful gearshift, lots of seat space
for the pillion, 5 gears, top speed of around 95 and fair mileage. No
problems with engine or any other part so far.
Not many people buy this bike..so those who would like to ride something
different..this is it.
Smooth ride..like the wind!
