REVIEW : I had a dilemma when i planned to buy a bike from Hero Honda, i had splendor+ in my mind, when i saw Super Splendor, i was attracted by its looks and inquired few and read reviews before i went ahead with buying this Super Splendor. I really love the riding comfort which is really wonderful and the engine is smooth running without much vibration. I get around 60kmpl, this is good since its 125CC.I felt the brakes to be excellent, even in wet roads, the brakes and the tyre grip was really good and easy to control.

REVIEW : Splendor is indeed a very good bike, but the showrooms and their mechanics are not up to the mark. Servicing is the main problem. If at all there is any minor problem instead of rectifying it they(mechanics) will create new one. Recently,I have a problem with the chain. The chain is making sound heavily and there is a wobbbling of the chain. I showed to almost 9 service centres.but nothing worked. I changed chain 4 times still the sound persists. Last 1 mechanic told me to sell the vehicle and purchase new as you require to get engine bored which will cost Rs.12,000 it seems. I dont know how chain problem related to engine.I wish if some technicals could help me.

REVIEW : I Bought hero honda splendor + bike one year back. I could see the shackup jars are not withstanding the Load of 150. It starts to vibrate and give shake. So do go for hero honda passion where its more comfortable even if four guys sit on the bike.

REVIEW : No doubt Hero Honda is a good Brand name in Indian Two wheeler Market & that too Splendor+ have already made its reputation since so many years. Thinking of this I bought a Hero Honda Bike (Splendor plus) last month (Dt 31.08.08) from Hindustan Auto Agency, Bokaro Steel City-827013, Jharkhand. After 10 days of running with only about 200 KM, engine produced ringing sound & get vibrated. With a doubt I checked for engine oil. It was really in a bad condition & was black/brown in color with contaminants. Can anybody expect such thing from a brand new bike? I simply changed the engine oil with fresh one. After another 200 KM of running, again such behaviour started. Now it's only one-month-old bike with 485 KM meter reading, generating irritating noise with vibration & over heating. I think there is definitely a major problem in this engine of the bike. One another problem is that when shifting the gear from 3rd to 2nd (in a sloping road) by pressing clutch noise is coming from gearbox. And now I’m finding a suitable place to through it out. I would like to take your view in this regard before throughing or else tell me a place where I can through it.

I purchased Spendor NXG 6 months back and at the moment its giving mileage less then 50. and its because bad service provided by hero honda. Specially beware, never go to Adarsh Motor in Sec 63 Noida. He spoiled my bike. He is a big lier.

REVIEW : Hi this is good bike pickup is excellent as compared to HH predecessors in 100-125 cc segment.. It had been a week since i bought but its giving mileage of 50-55 Km/L.. But after Ist servicing i hope it will give nearly 60 - 65 km/l.. Overall a powerful bike in the respective section.

REVIEW : Got my SS-es, on may 20th, must say...i really screwed up the bike....6500km but still its gr8..reaches 110kmph smoothly (ya guzzles petrol :-( then)...quite low in height...suits me..but would luv to increase the back suspension....hard on the back, also the vibrations affect the hands..but low noise still.AND ya...the tyre PSi..25/41...so sad!

REVIEW : I bought super splendor last June. Its really a good one in terms of speed and fuel effiency. one place where it fails is the breaking. it has got a good head lights. the styling is quite ok compared to the new models from HH. i can give a score of 8 out of 10 to SS.
